Brookwood Pool Info for Visiting Teams
- As you may remember from previous years when your team has visited, parking and access to the pool is limited. There are a limited number of spaces in front of the pool, but there is no outlet and turning around/getting back out is tough when the lot is full.
- Please encourage your parents and families to only park on the side of the street closest to the pool (in green on the map), but not in yards. Due to the narrow streets of the Meadowbrook neighborhood, those parking on the opposite side of the street may be towed to allow emergency vehicle access.
- Those arriving late may consider dropping off their swimmer at the entrance road (near where the red pin on the map is located).
- You will have the far side of the pool for your team. You will also have access to the covered 4 square area near the deep end/starting end for your clerk of course. That side of the pool will be impacted by the sun, so feel free to bring tents to provide additional shade beyond the 4 square area.
- We will be selling pizza by the slice and other concessions out of the Snack Shack.
- And perhaps most importantly, for home meets we have 'themes' and your team is welcome to participate.
