I apologize for the additional email, Swimtopia didn't like my map entry so I'm resending with additional info and attachments. 

Good Evening,

We have some important updates and reminders regarding tomorrow's meet.

1. Practice will be offered tomorrow and Thursday mornings at normal morning practice times.
2. You should plan to arrive at Forsyth Country Club by 4:45pm and plan accordingly for traffic. Our warmups will start at 5:15 and the meet starts promptly at 5:30pm.
3. Here is some additional from FCC. 
   1. Parking is available in front of the entrance and across from the playground. 
   2. Visitors set up on the short side of the pool near/under the Pavilion. There are chairs (although you are welcome to bring your own folding chairs and tents to place nearer to the pool), a covered pavilion with tables and chairs, and space around the pool deck for your set-up. 
   3. The playground, baby pool, shallow end, and shallow end ramp are all OFF LIMITS during the swim meet. 
   4. Bring CASH for the Pavilion Café which offers a variety of food and drinks. There is also a bar for adults 21 and up. Our volunteers are reminded not to drink alcohol until their shift is complete.
   5. In the unfortunate event of bad weather, we have a lightning strike system on our golf course. This system alerts us with a loud siren of lightning within 15 miles. IF that siren goes off during the meet, EVERYONE must evacuate the pool AND pool deck. IF a lifeguard hears thunder, we will evacuate the pool and check the lightning strike system. If there has not been a lightning strike, we will resume the meet. We will need all swimmers and families to wait in their vehicles (or a safe spot as directed away from the pool facility) until we get an all-clear. Please have your families leave their items on the pool deck; they will be allowed to retrieve their items once the meet resumes or is canceled. There is a room available where we, as reps, will go to watch the weather and make a decision about continuing.  

Again, I apologize for having to resend the info but wanted to make sure you got the deck map. Also, FCC provided a bar and food menu that will be available. We will send out the heat sheet as soon as it is available. Let us know if you have any questions.
