Good Afternoon,

I hope everyone is having a great week. I wanted to pass along some important information and reminders for tomorrow's meet.

1. Arrival- Warmups will begin promptly at 5pm and the meet will start at 5:30. Please try to arrive by 4:30 or shortly after if possible. As we saw at Forsyth Country Club, we'll try to keep the meet moving as fast as possible to beat any darkness or weather.
2. Parking- If you have ever been to practice, then you can probably guess that parking for tomorrow's meet will be challenging. However, there are a couple of new pieces to consider. If you must park on the street, please only park on the side of the street closest to the pool (in green on the map), but not in yards. Due to the narrow streets of the Meadowbrook neighborhood, those parking on the opposite side of the street may risk being towed to allow emergency vehicle access. Those arriving late may consider dropping off their older swimmers at the entrance road (near where the red pin on the map is located).
3. Theme- For home meets the team mom's have come up with themes. Tomorrow night's theme will be "Country/Western". Feel free to come dressed or decorated in your most flamboyant or outlandish Country and Western best! 
4. Pizza- We will be selling pizza by the slice at tomorrow's meet along with other Snack Shack concessions.
5. Volunteers- As Brian mentioned in his email last night, there are still needs for volunteers. If you don't want to fill the one open spot for "Barracuda Wrangler" tomorrow night but want to volunteer, we always need extra hands at home meets. Just ask Brain, myself, or the team mom's and we'll be happy to point you where there is a need.
