Below are some important details and reminders about Tuesday's Meet. Be on the lookout for the Heat Sheet as soon as we get it tomorrow.

1.  We still need volunteers. Meets cannot run with out help from our parents. Please go to the sign up calendar and sign up for jobs as Timer or Clerk of Course Assistant as soon as possible. We would love to eventually get to a 1st half and 2nd half timer shift but if we can't fill the basic volunteer shifts we won't feel comfortable filling 6 additional spots. 2. Willow Run Pool address is 9601 Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville, NC 27023
3. Spectators can bring deck chairs for set up. The Away/Brookwood team spectator area will be on the side of the pool where you enter. The covered picnic table pavilion is reserved for our swimmers. There are loungers, tables and chairs along that side of the pool as well. Please feel free to set up chairs poolside.
4. Willow Run is asking that no swimmers write on their backs as they have white chairs and the sharpie ink gets on the chairs and loungers and it stains them. Arms are great!
5. They will sell grill items by the front gate. Hamburger/Cheeseburger plates $6, Hot Dog plates $5, Fry Boats $5, Cheeseburger/Hamburger $4, Hot Dog $3. General concessions will also be available at the concession stand. Cash or card accepted.
6. Parking attendants will be on hand. If you have a large truck/van/SUV, please park in the first lot on your right. All other cars pull around and park close together to allow the most cars to fit in the lot please. There is additional parking behind the tennis courts and alongside the tennis courts. Please do not fuss at their parking attendant volunteers. They are just doing their best to get all of us in the parking lot!
7. Volunteers from both teams can grab bottled water out of the room located between the two bathrooms. You’ll see the ice bucket…help yourself

Away team coaches/volunteer coordinator/league rep arrival @ 4:15PM or after.

Home and Away team arrival @ 4:30PM or after.

Brookwood team warmup @ 5:10-5:25PM.

Timers/officials meeting @ 5:15PM
