Below are some important details and reminders about Tuesday's Meet. Be on the lookout for the Heat Sheet as soon as we get it tomorrow.

1. We still need volunteers. Meets cannot run with out help from our parents. Please go to the sign up calendar and sign up for jobs as Timer or Clerk of Course Assistant as soon as possible. We would love to eventually get to a 1st half and 2nd half timer shift but if we can't fill the basic volunteer shifts we won't feel comfortable filling 6 additional spots. 2. Parking is limited in the lot closest to the pool. Traffic will be directed to park on the right hand side of the road as you enter on Sonata Dr. and then just around the loop on Lakeway Dr. Please be respectful of the neighborhood lawns and park only on the street. Thank you for your help and cooperation. The pool address is 150 Prestwould Dr, Lewisville, NC 27023, USA
3. Concessions available as well as sliders from Bad Daddy Burgers and Sunset Slush. They can accept cash, cards, and venmo.
4. Visiting side is the side closest to the lake (on the right when you walk onto the pool deck). They would strongly recommend bringing your own chairs as they are limited.
5. Timer/stroke&turn meeting with the ref will take place around 5:15 near the baby pool. The starter will make the announcement as well.
6. They will be doing dive over starts for 11-up swimmers.

We recommend a similar arrival process as last week due to the limited parking and deck space at Shallowford Lakes. See below.
