City Meet Details-Last call for RSVP's

This is the last call for City Meet (June 23rd during the day) RSVP's. Please visit our website to RSVP Signup Calendar - Brookwood Barracudas . This link has additional details about time and sessions. This RSVP method is preferred but if you have already texted or emailed Jon and Anna Hutchins, that is ok. RSVP closes Friday at Noon.

The "City Meet" on Friday June 23rd, is a separate meet from the regular league schedule. It's typically considered a showcase meet for the swimmers in our area. Attendance is not required and if your swimmer is still developing their skills, they are not expected to participate. If you have questions about participating, ask Coach Chris. This meet requires additional payment by Brookwood Pool for each swimmer to participate and each event swam so only RSVP if you plan to attend. Our fundraiser this year helps cover this, so please sell lot's of Deweys! City Meet T-shirt costs are the responsibility of the parent/swimmer/family (see design attached and below)

Even if you have already RSVP'd on the Brookwood site or texted/emailed Jon or Anna Hutchins please take the following steps below by Friday June 16th at Noon.

  1. Review the attached list of events. Each swimmer is limited to 4 individual events and 2 relays. Please respond to this email or let coach Chris know what events each swimmer would like to swim.
  2. Review the attached t-shirt design. T-shirts are available at the cost of the swimmer/parent/family Youth medium-Adult XL $17 each, Adult 2XL $19, Adult 3XL $20. Respond back to this email with your shirt size requests. You will receive a confirmation email.
  3. For t-shirts, you will pay Anna Hutchins directly by check or cash (venmo/cash app etc upon request). She will then pay the pool directly with one check. The shirt payments are due to Anna by June 22nd.
  4. Our Team will be expected to provide timers, so please sign up for those jobs at the signup calendar list above.

If you have any questions, let me know.
Thanks,

Jon Hutchins
