It's been a busy week for the Barracudas. Below are some important details for tomorrow night's HOME meet.

1. Arrival- Our team warmups will begin promptly at 5pm as the home team and the meet will start at 5:30. Please try to arrive by 4:30 or shortly after if possible. As we saw last night at Shallowford, we'll try to keep the meet moving as fast as possible to beat any darkness or weather.
2. Clerk of Course Area- We will use the large white tent for our clerk of course staging area. Please have your 10 and under swimmers grab their towel, goggles, and drink to gather there.
3. Away Team- Sherwood has a large team, this will impact parking, arrival, Snack Shack line etc. See below.
4. Parking- If you have ever been to practice, then you can probably guess that parking for tomorrow's meet will be challenging. However, there are a couple of pieces to consider. If you must park on the street, please only park on the side of the street closest to the pool (in green on the map), but not in yards. Due to the narrow streets of the Meadowbrook neighborhood, those parking on the opposite side of the street may risk being towed to allow emergency vehicle access. Those arriving late may consider dropping off their older swimmers at the entrance road (near where the red pin on the map is located).
5. Theme- For home meets the team mom's have come up with themes. Tomorrow night's theme will be "Pirates". Feel free to come dressed or decorated as Pie-rat-y as you like!
6. Pizza- We will be selling pizza by the slice at tomorrow's meet along with other Snack Shack concessions.
7. Volunteers- There are still needs for volunteers. We have some parents who have volunteered at every meet thus far, so we would love to see some new faces tomorrow night.  We have particular needs for "Barracuda Wrangler"/Clerk of Course tomorrow night. If you're willing to volunteer but don't know what to do, please just ask.
