We hope everyone is having a great Monday so far. Waterford sent us a ton of info, so I've tried to condense it and list it below.

1. Address: Waterford Pool, 1600 Slane Road, Clemmons, NC 27012
2. ARRIVAL: The pool will be ready for your us to enter at 4:30pm. They ask that our team arrives no earlier than 4:30pm to allow setup time. Waterford warmups will be from 4:45-5:05 and Brookwood warmups will be from 5:05-5:25. Meet start time will be 5:30. There will be a stroke judge/timers meeting at 5:15pm. 
3. PARKING: Pool management asks that we use the grassy area for parking and then overflow to the North side of Slane Road (opposite of the pool gravel parking lot—using the side without traffic cones) or the East side of Glengarriff Rd. If parking on the side of Slane or Glengarriff Roads to please be conscientious of the Homeowners’ yards (as well as parking too close to stop signs/driveways). Last summer, some homeowners were very upset, called the police and several cars were almost ticketed. They will have parking attendants present to help keep the traffic flowing and the parking organized. There is a dam underground on the grassy area close to the pond and the parking attendants will be directing people to avoid that area. A parking map is attached to illustrate the parking flow. 
4. DECK: The deck space is large, so please bring chairs and tents (if you wish). The back gate (by the diving boards) will be open and our team may set up to the right when entering that gate. Please note: entering through this gate will be the shortest walk with tents. Feel free to also use the grassy area between the fence on our side and the bushes for our team to gather, if we need more space.
5. CONCESSIONS: Sunset Slush will be available and they will be selling a Papa John pizza/drink dinner combo for $5. They also will have Gatorade, soda, and candy available to sell. They accept both cash and VENMO for payment for our concessions; Sunset Slush is cash only. 
6. Theme: They are having a theme for our meet. They are going back to the 1980s with a theme dedicated to side-ponies, neon colors and the like. Feel free to participate.
