Good Morning,
Below are some important details about our meet tomorrow night at Old Town Club. We still need volunteers for timers, stroke judges, and Barracuda wranglers/Clerk of Course assistants, so please sign up.

• Pool address is 2875 Old Town Club Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106
• You may arrive at 4:30 or later
• Visiting team seating is around the child pool side of the pool deck; this is the side closest to the playground and parking lot. Chairs and tents are strongly encouraged.
• Away team warm up @ 5:10-5:25 PM.
• Timers/officials meeting @ 5:10 PM - Please gather on the pool deck near the scorer's tent; the tent will be on the side of the pool deck closest to the golf course.
• Old Town will be offering a dinner buffet. Please bring CASH as your payment. $15 adults, $10 kids 4-12 yrs, kids under 3 yrs are free. They will also offer basic sundries at their snack bar, and adult beverages at a separate bar. Old Town can not accept credit card payments.
• Old Town's new pool is 80 feet long (neither 25 yards nor 25 meters). Per the league, Old Town must have Swimtopia convert times to 25 yards which may impact times etc. If you have specific questions about this, please ask Brian or I.
• Meet will start @ 5:30 PM
