As a reminder, there is never Friday night practice. We will not practice on Monday/Memorial Day evening. Be on the look out for Mock Meet Reminder and Details.

No 6 and under practice due to cold water/air temps-we want a positive first experience in the pool. Ages 7-9 and 10+ practice at scheduled practice times.
